Reybold is a rapidly growing company that values its people. We are seeking a Maintenance Office Assistant to support the Administrative, HR, Accounting, Quality Control, Inventory, and Production teams. The role involves processing purchase orders and managing office operations, including reception duties. This is a full-time, entry-level position, working from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, and supporting employees.
* Maintain office equipment, inventory, and supplies.
* Enter data for processing purchase orders.
* Handle reception duties, including inbound calls, email correspondence, and mail distribution.
* Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of office areas and coordinate facility maintenance.
* Enhance the office environment and support employee events and computer projects.
* Support project-based assignments and process improvements.
* Follow safety protocols as outlined in manuals and trainings.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities
Assist in dispatching web requests for work orders.
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Knowledge of Yardi Property Management Software is a plus.
* Preferred: Associate's Degree in Business.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Understanding of business billing processes.
* Knowledge of service and maintenance operations.
* Understanding inventory supply issues.
