* Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
* Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and drive revenue growth.
* Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising and presentation standards are maintained.
* Train and develop staff to enhance their sales and customer service skills
* Create a positive and engaging work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in retail management in Grocery or Retail.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
