What's the role?We're looking for aClaim Advisorto manageMotor and Home Property claimsfrom start to finish. You'll take ownership of your claims portfolio, using your judgment and technical knowledge to ensure fair, timely outcomes for our customers. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our offices in Cherrywood, Dublin. Key responsibilities:Manage claims from first notification through to settlementApply technical knowledge and sound judgment to make fair decisionsWork with internal teams and external experts to progress claims efficientlySupport the resolution of escalated or complex casesIdentify potential fraud and take appropriate actionDeliver excellent customer service throughout the claims journey What we're looking for:1+ years' claims handling experience in motor or home insuranceAPA qualification in line with MCC requirementsStrong communication and negotiation skillsA detail-oriented, organised approach to managing tasksA team player who takes ownership and responsibilityA focus on doing what's right for the customer and the business Why OUTsurance?We're part of a leading international insurance group and growing fast in Ireland.
