This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and people-centred HR professional. People in Dublin Simon Community are our greatest strength and asset. As an HR Business Partner, you will help influence how we manage and develop our HR practices in areas such as employee relations, retention, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, wellbeing, and implementing new legislation. You will also provide information and support to staff and managers on a range of issues. You will report to the HR Manager and partner with line managers as well as with the Recruitment and Learning & Development teams, and wider HR Function.

Essential skills and expe
* rience3rd level qualification in HRM / HRD (Human Resource Management / Human Resource Development) or equiv
* alent.2 years previous experience in Human Resources with grounding in Employee Relations and HR Opera
