Key Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of strategic initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives
* Assist in managing day-to-day operations, overseeing technical infrastructure and software updates

* Develop and maintain strong security measures, leveraging expertise in Identity and Access Management and Conditional Access Policies
* Collaborate with the Managed Service Provider team to ensure seamless operation of virtual environments and operating systems
* Manage a demanding workload, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines
Requirements:
* Honours degree (NFQ Level 8), 2.1 or higher qualification, preferably in Computer Science or closely related field
* Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a similar technical role
* Experience in Service Desk Management & Support, Microsoft 365, VMware, SharePoint, Business Intelligence Solutions, and Azure
