Financial Assistant Job

We are seeking a skilled Financial Assistant to support our accounting operations. This part-time role involves maintaining various aspects of our financial records.

* Manage and reconcile Creditors Ledgers on a monthly basis
* Oversee Debtors Ledgers daily, ensuring accurate records
* Assist with posting month-end journals and supporting reporting accounts
* Conduct analysis of sales variance against budget and forecast
* Participate in year-end audits and financial reviews

Key qualifications include:

* Relevant financial qualification or studying towards one
* 2-3 years' experience in an accounting environment
* Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of accounting software (Intact/SAP preferred)
* Excellent attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team
