Inside Sales Account Representative - Arabic speaking - CL11 at Accenture UK & Ireland. Accenture is a global professional services company with capabilities in digital, cloud and security. We offer Strategy and Consulting, Interactive, Technology and Operations services. We are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team within our Operations business. Through our Digital Inside Sales team, we deliver innovative, scalable, and data-driven advertising sales support to a variety of platform clients. We enable advertisers—ranging from small businesses to enterprise customers—to unlock the full potential of digital advertising platforms.


Roles And Responsibilities

* Client Engagement and Sales Execution: conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to predetermined leads, proactively pitching products/services to drive adoption and revenue growth; engage inbound inquiries with tailored solutions; present compelling value propositions using data-backed logic; manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure with accurate forecasting and pipeline management; identify up-sell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
* Campaign Management and Optimization: set up and manage advertising or product campaigns, monitor performance with analytics tools, provide actionable insights and recommendations, and collaborate with clients on creatives, configurations, or implementations.
* Data Management and Reporting: log client interactions and outcomes in CRM systems, maintain client data, and prepare regular performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
* Market Research and Industry Expertise: research client industries and competitors; stay informed on trends and regulatory changes; share insights to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
* Compliance and Professionalism: adhere to company policies and information security protocols; represent the company professionally; comply with SLAs and escalate issues when needed.
* Operational Collaboration: collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, and customer support; participate in team meetings and provide feedback to improve processes; work with QA teams to improve sales techniques and outcomes.
* Self-Development and Training: pursue ongoing learning through training and certifications; stay updated on sales tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software; attend feedback sessions.
* Operational Discipline: maintain attendance and punctuality; work towards quarterly sales quotas; occasional travel for training or client meetings as required.


Skills Required

* Communication and Interpersonal: strong verbal and written communication; ability to present and negotiate; conduct discovery conversations to identify client needs.
* Analytical and Data-Driven: ability to interpret campaign performance and sales metrics; proficiency with analytics tools and CRMs.
* Sales and Negotiation: proven ability to close deals; consultative selling; manage high-volume outbound/inbound calls toward conversion and satisfaction.
* Adaptability and Resilience: ability to work across industries and sales motions; thrive under pressure and manage multiple campaigns.
* Teamwork and Collaboration: strong team player; cross-functional collaboration with internal teams.
* Customer Orientation and Initiative: enthusiastic, courteous, and proactive in delivering solutions and service.
* Technical Proficiency: experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), sales tools (e.g., Clari, CPQ), and Microsoft Office; familiarity with advertising platforms and e-commerce ecosystems.
* Language Proficiency: English C1 (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency required; other languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) desirable for global engagement.


Requirements

* Minimum Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience; 1-2 years in outbound sales or related roles; proven track record of meeting quotas.
* Arabic C1 level required; English proficiency at least C1.
* Product/Service Experience (preferred): experience selling technology-driven products/services (SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, digital advertising, e-commerce advertising); campaign or subscription management experience; CRM usage.
* Client Target Market Exp (required): experience with SMBs and/or enterprise clients; ability to engage decision-makers across levels including C-suite in complex cycles.
* Preferred Experience: 2-3 years in B2B tech sales, experience with enterprise accounts, and selling to senior decision-makers; portfolio management experience; familiarity with SFDC, Clari, CPQ; background in customer success or account management.
* Education: Secondary school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred; professional certifications may be considered in lieu of degree.
* Operating Model: Hybrid; 5 days per week in office as required; must reside within defined boundaries.
