Working within a high-standard GMP environment, you will lead the design, commissioning, and optimization of the systems that keep our facility at the cutting edge of innovation.What You’ll DoSystem Ownership: Take the lead on the design, configuration, and support of DCS and PLC-based control systems.Compliance & Quality: Ensure all automation activities strictly adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and GAMP5 standards.Troubleshooting: Be the expert for complex system failures, ensuring minimal downtime in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.Project Lifecycle: Drive the full project lifecycle, from writing User Requirement Specifications (URS) and Functional Specs to executing SAT/FAT and IQ/OQ protocols.Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement system upgrades and patches to improve efficiency and data integrity.What You Bring to the TableThe Expertise: A degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Chemical Engineering (or a related discipline).The Tech Stack: Strong hands‑on experience with DCS (e.g., Emerson DeltaV, Honeywell Experion) and PLC systems (e.g., Siemens S7/TIA Portal, Allen Bradley/Rockwell).The Background: Proven experience working within a regulated GMP environment (Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Biotech).The Mindset: A proactive problem‑solver who understands that in pharma, documentation is just as important as the code itself.Communication: The ability to translate "technical talk" into actionable insights for cross‑functional teams (Validation, QA, and Production).
