We are looking for someone to join our team and to take on the role of head chef in our busy kitchen. Our kitchen operates a full brunch menu as well as a sourdough bakery. The chosen candidate would receive training in how we operate and the philosophy with which we set the framework for how our kitchen should be run.
The chosen candidate would be working alone coking the brunch menu and also as part of a team. They would be expected to come in and to create a good connection with the staff in our second location and to act as a liaison between the two kitchens. As well as cooking as part of our hot kitchen we would like someone to come in who could also oversee the bakery side of our business, from a logistical point of view, but not necessarily as a hands on worker in these departments. Of course the roll could grow in many directions once established.
Naturally experience is necessary for this role. We need someone to join our team who can be a leader and who can do so in a friendly way.

Pay: €15.00-€16.50 per hour
