Role Overview
We are looking for a Global Talent Development Program Leader to join ADI's HR Learning & Development team. The Global Talent Development Program Leader will set and execute against our Performance Management strategy.
Responsibilities
* Performance Management: Lead our annual Performance Review & Goal Setting process, consistently iterating on and improving the process, timeline, and resources to drive meaningful conversations between managers and employees that deliver impact for ADI.
* Career Pathing & Internal Mobility: Define ADI's approach to career pathing and internal mobility to enable career growth and progression - building on existing skills and job leveling frameworks and leveraging key Workday functionality (Talent Optimization, Career Hub, etc.).
* Goal Setting: Develop and implement a process by which goals are regularly reviewed and updated to keep managers and employees aligned and working on ADI's highest priorities.
* Development & Performance Improvement Planning: Enable development and performance improvement planning, leveraging proven frameworks for building skills and supporting behavior change.
* Promotion: Advance our promotion practices by formalizing and standardizing a promotion process.
* Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives related to performance management, ensuring successful adoption and integration of new programs and practices.
* Technology Enablement: Leverage our technology platforms (Workday, Teams, Sharepoint, etc.) to provide scalable, on-demand performance solutions to all employees.
* Analytics & Measurement: Establish performance analytics and measurement frameworks to assess the effectiveness and impact of performance management initiatives across levels, regions, etc.
Qualifications
* Education & Background: Bachelor's degree in HR, learning & development, business administration, or equivalent work experience.
* Experience: 5-10 years experience and a track record of success delivering performance management programs that positively impact organizational performance and culture.
* Technical Capabilities: Highly developed analytical capability with advanced proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and common formulas; experience building data visualizations with PowerBI is a plus; experience with Workday Talent, Performance and Talent Optimization modules.
* Presentation Skills: Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint with demonstrated ability to story tell in PPT and leveraging data to build a business case for change.
* Relationship Building: Ability to effectively build relationships based on integrity, trust and transparency, and collaborate across a global, matrixed organization.
* Project Management Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and transition between tasks effectively.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and experience presenting to large, global audiences.
