Apleona Real Estate is looking for a full-time Property Manager to join our team in Ireland
Working pattern: Monday to Friday from 09:*****:30
Location: Remote with occasional site visits
Main duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for a wide-ranging, mixed portfolio including Commercial and a smaller proportion of Residential Owners Management Companies
Relationship management involving; Stakeholders, Board of Directors, Owners and Contractors from client sites.
Management of On-site Janitors
Compliance with industry and legislative standards
Budget management and implementation of spending control responsibilities
Liaising with sub-contractors relating to Cleaning, Waste and Technical Services
Ensure all sites are Health & Safety compliant in line with legislation
Monthly, quarterly stakeholder's meetings
Site inspections and reporting
Qualifications and experience:
A valid PSRA licence (class D) with industry-relevant qualifications
Previous experience as a Facilities / Property Manager
A degree in Estate Management, Property Economics or equivalent and ideally will have completed the APO / RIGS process.
A full clean valid driver's license and use of their own car.
A minimum of two years relevant experience.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
