We are seeking a dedicated food and beverage operations lead to spearhead our department's success. This role involves hands-on involvement, innovation, motivation, and drive.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Food and Beverage Manager in efficiently running the food and beverage department, including fine dining restaurants, bars, and banqueting teams.
* Display comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage, encompassing wine, cocktails, and spirits.
* Possess strong administration and financial skills to manage beverage inventory and equipment effectively.
* Lead teams with confidence, overseeing supervisors, bar staff, restaurant personnel, and banqueting teams.
* Take ownership of the entire food and beverage department when the Food and Beverage Manager is absent.
