Summary
Join a dynamic finance team in a fast‑growing technology company. The role is part‑time, requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week and can be structured over 3 or 5 days. You will help drive an efficient payroll process across multiple EMEA countries.
Responsibilities
* Process the end‑to‑end payroll cycle accurately and on time for Ireland, the UK, and other EMEA countries.
* Resolve payroll discrepancies promptly and act as the first point of contact for regional queries.
* Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Treasury, and other stakeholders.
* Prepare month‑end journals and reconciliations.
* Ensure compliance with internal controls and local regulatory requirements.
* Identify and implement process improvements and new system processes.
* Provide additional support for US payroll where required.
* Complete ad‑hoc tasks and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* 3–5 years of progressive experience managing multiple EMEA payrolls, primarily Irish payroll.
* Experience with Workday or a comparable enterprise‑level HRIS/Payroll system.
* Knowledge of Sage/Brightpay or similar local payroll systems is highly advantageous.
* High accuracy and ability to meet tight deadlines across complex payrolls.
* Recognition with a payroll qualification (IPASS, CIPP, or equivalent) is a significant advantage.
* Experience in a fast‑paced, growth‑stage technology company.
* Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting.
* Strong analytical skills for identifying and resolving payroll discrepancies.
