Plant Operations Specialist
This role entails overseeing the maintenance of industrial facilities, encompassing tasks such as coordinating plant operations, managing vendors, and ensuring adherence to technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To act as a liaison between vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders for all plant-related activities.
2. Maintain accurate records of all facilities-related operations to meet auditing and reporting requirements.
3. Coordinate site facility activities in conjunction with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards and technical requirements.
4. Oversee critical plant equipment, participate in quality control processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for implementing effective maintenance strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements throughout the organization.
Requirements:
* Senior-level trades electrical/mechanical expertise essential.
* Degree in engineering or a related field advantageous.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related role.
