Lough Rynn Castle is seeking a passionate and talented Breakfast Chef to join our award-winning kitchen team.
We are open to applications for someone looking for either full-time or part-time work.
This role is suited to a chef with a natural flair for high-quality food, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation, cooking, and service of breakfast, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
Assist with lunch service and additional duties as directed by the Head Chef.
Set up and clean down the kitchen before and after breakfast service.
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety at all times.
Ensure all mise-en-place is prepared fresh and on time.
Follow all recipes and portion guidelines precisely.
Monitor guest satisfaction, food quality, and cost control on an ongoing basis.
Uphold personal grooming and appearance standards in line with hotel policies.
Adhere to all Fire Safety, Health & Safety, and HACCP procedures.
Attend relevant training sessions and departmental meetings.
