Key Responsibilities:
* Bringing creativity and passion to every dish, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
* Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen team members, fostering a culture of learning and development.
* Preparing and cooking dishes in line with HACCP and food safety standards.
* Maintaining a deep knowledge of our menu, ingredients, allergens, and preparation techniques.
* Keeping workstations clean, organised, and free from cross-contamination.
* Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with food preparation, training, and maintaining high kitchen standards.
* Contributing to sustainability efforts by minimising waste and using resources responsibly.
* Ensuring smooth kitchen operations, including stock control, deliveries, and hygiene compliance.
Candidate Requirements:
* A passionate chef with at least 2 years of Chef de Partie experience in a high-quality kitchen.
* Strong attention to detail and high operational standards.
* A team player with great communication and collaboration skills.
* A commitment to food safety, hygiene, and sustainability.
* The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends.
