This is a two year fixed term contract, on-site hours per week.Primary Duties And ResponsibilitiesProcessing, collating and submission of an average of 800 Sports Medicine claim forms per month, ensuring all sections are filled out adequately and signed by the patient.Processing, collating and submission of an average of 800 Radiology claim forms per month, ensuring all sections are filled out adequately and signed by the patient.Matching and cross checking that all details on the hospital invoice and professional invoices match.Matching and cross checking that all medical details on side 1 and side 2 of the claim form match.Timely submission of bi-monthly and monthly completed claims.Liaising with various departments to solve queries.Communicating with patients to verify relevant information to solve queries and get missing information for submissions.Reviewing claim submissions and verifying the information.Follow up on outstanding claim forms – missing and unsigned claim forms.Ensuring claims are billed correctly and rebilling when necessary.Liaising with relevant departments/billings companies regarding outstanding paperwork.Compiling monthly status reports with a view to have all Injection invoices with an up to date status.Approving Professional Fee Invoices for VHI Surgical Pathway.Provide cover on the credit control team as requested.Qualifications & ExperienceAt least 3 years Finance experience.
