A Senior Data Strategy Leader is required to join a leading global Biopharmaceutical business. This is a site based role on a next-generation manufacturing facility.
The Senior Data Strategy Leader will be responsible for leading the site Data Analytics team and developing and implementing the site data strategy. The leader has working knowledge of how data is or will be used and implications on people, processes, capabilities, and technologies including analytics and data integrations.
Data Management Expertise:
* Develop a vision and a roadmap to drive digital transformation of processes at the site.
* Use data modelling and cloud architecture principles to determine the best architecture and solutions to meet business needs.
* Ensure there are processes in place and being followed to ensure data security, data governance, and data standards are followed.
Team Leadership:
* Manage, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts and engineers to drive the implementation of this roadmap.
* Lead the data analytics team in the delivery of an architecture that continues to evolve and embrace the advantages of new technologies as they become available.
Requirements:
* Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.
* 7 plus years of experience in architecture design and implementation.
* 5 plus years of experience in leading data projects and teams to deliver value.
* Certifications: Azure or AWS certification is desirable.
* Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry processes and familiarity with GMP regulations would be an advantage.
