Project Lead Architect - Education Sector
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead Architect to join our team in Dublin and contribute to the delivery of projects in the Education sector across Ireland.

A fully qualified architect with a minimum of 7 years full professional membership with RIAI/RIBA or equivalent and a minimum of 10 years experience, at Senior / Associate – Lead Architect Education level is required.
You will exhibit the following skills and qualifications:
Key Responsibilities
* A passion for design and the environment within the Education sector, including primary, post-primary, and higher education
* Proven project delivery in the Irish construction sector, with an understanding of statutory permissions, Irish Building Regulations, and acting as Design Certifier
* Ability to manage client relationships and lead project teams in preparation of presentations, statutory permissions, tender and construction documentation/specifications
* Sound understanding of sustainable building design and delivery
* Experience delivering to Building Information Management (BIM) ISO 16950 standards with Revit capability
