Cost Management Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cost Management Specialist to join our team. As a Cost Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing costs for building and civil engineering projects from initial estimates to final figures.
* Prepare accurate cost estimates and manage project budgets
* Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle
* Develop and maintain detailed cost reports and analyses
Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the Commercial Director to oversee project developments
* Negotiate contracts and establish strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
* Provide regular financial updates and forecasts to senior management
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in cost management or a related field
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
