Office Administrator required to take on a challenging, varied and interesting workload at our busy office. This position would be ideal for an Administrator with the ability to multitask, has excellent oral and written communication skills, can prioritise, work on their own initiative & work with a high degree of accuracy.
We are looking for an individual who has excellent experience and relish a challenge to join our growing team.
Position available immediately for the right candidate.
Main Duties:
· Assisting Management with the day-to-day running of busy office
· Working with and assisting Sales Representatives
. Scheduling all works & updating fitting schedule on a weekly basis.
· Ensuring strong customer satisfaction, prioritising any issues.
· Management of paperwork for both Goods Inwards and Deliveries
Experience:
· Strong administration experience
· Outstanding Telephone Manner & Customer Service Skills
· Capability to prioritise, multitask
· High degree of organisation
· Excellent attention to detail is a necessity
· Ability to manage a busy and challenging workload
Skills/Qualifications:
· Minimum of 1 years experience
· Excellent interpersonal skills - be energetic and have a flare for people
· First-rate PC skills in Excel
· Knowledge of Sage Accounts a necessity
· Be highly organised with attention to detail
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· To be proactive, positive and responsible
