Responsibilities
* To assist in ensuring that the kitchen operations run smoothly, working together with all other chefs and the service teams
* Carry out basic cleaning tasks in accordance with cleaning schedules
* To collect and clean pots, pans and utensils
* To use correct cleaning materials and chemicals as directed
* To maintain cleanliness and tidiness always, adhering to our HACCP system and health and safety regulations
* Maintaining professionalism always, ensuring a professional manner and tone is used when dealing with all team members across all departments
* To carry out any duties as requested by the Chefs on duty
* To ensure that the kitchen is always being kept clean and tidy, cleaning own immediate area of work
* To ensure that any anticipated shortages of cleaning products and materials are promptly communicated to the Chef de Partie, Senior Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef
* Other duties and responsibilities as dictated by the culinary leadership, not mentioned in this document
* Unload food/deliveries as directed
