Background

Evara is the largest private developer in Ireland, with an active landbank across Dublin including the areas of Adamstown, Cherrywood, Clonburris and Portmarnock. Building transformational neighbourhoods and affordable, quality homes for people and communities across Ireland.

Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, the role of the Sales & Marketing manager will be part of the Sales team based in Dublin. There will be the opportunity to work proactively and collaboratively with other members of the Evara team to deliver new neighbourhoods and communities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious Sales & Marketing Manager who wants to work on exciting residential projects.

Key Accountabilities

* Manage multiple New Homes Developments within the Evara portfolio.
* Preparation of pricing, marketing, and sales strategies for each development.
* Coordinate and manage the appointed Sales Agents on the development.
* Liaise with inhouse Development, Construction, Commercial and Finance teams to ensure project milestones and reporting are met within the required timeframe.
* In conjunction with the design team, review all floorplans and specification for the development.
* Specification – agree the standard specification for the development.
* Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns - Ensure social media campaigns on each development are effective and are targeting the relevant market.
* Coordinate the marketing strategy for Evara developments, including brochure templates, signage and all other forms of branding material.
* Co-ordinating branding agencies, social media companies, CGI, sign companies, and Sales Agents from start to end of campaigns.
* Appoint Interior Designers for the project, assign budget and identify the target market for the development. Manage and ensure that the design brief is met and show house fit out is implemented on time and within budget.
* Assist with the Customer Journey from snagging through to aftersales when there is a requirement to do so.
* Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the senior management team.
* Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing on an ongoing basis regarding progress on site and providing solutions for any potential delays.

Qualifications And Experience

* Bachelor's degree in the following: Property Economics or, Auctioneering, Valuation and Estate Agency or equivalent.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience within the New Homes Sector. Developer or

Sales Agency background preferred.
