Key Responsibilities:
* Manage contract requirements, including negotiations, terms and conditions, risk assessment, and compliance.
* Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and procurement to execution and completion.
* Monitor project budgets and expenditures, implementing cost-control measures to meet financial targets.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely progress by coordinating with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
* Enforce quality standards, ensuring all work meets relevant specifications, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Skills:
* Minimum 6 years' experience in construction management in Ireland.
