About the Role
The commercial fit out projects manager will be responsible for overseeing a range of projects across various sites, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. They will manage labour on site, including direct staff and subcontractors, and ensure the quality of works meets the required standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in the fit-out industry, with a strong understanding of health and safety procedures and regulations. They will also possess excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
* Project coordination and supervision
* Labour management, procurement of materials, and meeting deadlines
* Performing company compliance, H&S and administration procedures
* Recording performance and progress of site operations
Requirements
* Degree in Construction Management or relevant trade qualification
* Minimum 5 years' experience working in the fit-out industry in ROI or the UK
* Strong awareness of H&S and Health and Welfare Regulations
* Experience managing projects valued over €500K
* Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Suite (including Project)
