The Role
As a HR Advisor, you will play a key, generalist role in supporting managers in best practice, whilst also assisting the Head of HR in all areas of the employee lifecycle, policy and procedure implementation and legislative compliance.
Key Responsibilities
To assist in amending company policies and distribution as part of employee handbook.
To assist in disciplinary process, ensuring correct paperwork and evidence is collated and filed.
To ensure full compliance with employment legislation and the promotion of best practice in all areas of HR management.
To assist the Head of HR in enforcing the application of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
What We’re Looking For
✔Previous experience within Human Resources is essential.
✔ Attention to detail and a commitment to health and safety.
✔ Able to travel to company offices and/or sites as required.
✔ A willingness to learn and adapt as and when required.
✔ Previous experience within manufacturing or construction would be beneficial, although not essential.
