Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end programme management of CRM initiatives, including customer engagement, sales, service, and marketing platforms.
1. Manage and lead Agile or hybrid delivery initiatives and be accountable for programme resources, timeline, budget, scope,and benefits realisation to deliver outcomes on time and within budget
2. Collaborate with third-party ecosystem partners supporting CRM solution design build deployment
