Propylon is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Dublin-based Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a progressive, fast-growing company and to work on global digital marketing campaigns. As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the marketing team to further develop and build Propylon’s digital presence globally.

Responsibilities:
* Channel management and development
* Craft long-form content that aligns with the marketing and sales strategy, as well as business goals
* Work with internal experts to showcase products and how we work with customers
* Develop domain expertise in legal and regulatory markets
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and advance thought leadership positioning
* Help to plan and execute webinars from start to finish - including initial set up on webinar platform, landing page set up, email scheduling, promotion and coordinating running of live / pre-recorded webinar and creating follow-up plan.
* Track, analyse and report on webinar performance and work with Sales and BDR Teams to develop a follow-up nurture plan.
* Develop nurture campaigns and report on performance
* Support with monthly team reporting
* CRM management
Requirements:
* Minimum three years of experience in communications, marketing or journalism
* Strong organisational and project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and deadlines
* Results-oriented attitude
* Strong collaboration skills with proven experience in working across teams
* Familiarity with SEO best practices and data-driven content strategies to boost traffic and reader retention.
* Interest in technology
This is a full-time, permanent role based in Rathfarnham, Dublin, with flexibility offered per the candidate's needs on the balance between being on site and working from home.
