This is a part-time hybrid role for a Technical Specialist based in Dublin, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Technical Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, performing data analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service. The role involves daily interaction with clients to resolve technical problems and to offer solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their operations.
Qualifications
 * Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
 * Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and solve problems
 * Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
 * Relevant experience or certification in IT, Computer Science, or related field is advantageous
 * Prior experience in a similar technical support role is beneficial
