About Your New Job
* You will oversee the daily operations of the telesales team and ensure the team achieve their targets
* You will be responsible for generating and reviewing daily sales performance reports, including new trades and sales commission reports
* You will act as the point of contact for new account setups and providing administrative support when needed
* You will be responsible for the onboarding of new members
* This will be a hybrid position with 4 days a week onsite and 1 from home
* You will be reporting to the Head of Sales
What Skills You Need
* You will need to have proficiency in Salesforce and commercial experience dealing with contracts and pricing
* You need to have an analytical mindset and experience in reporting and data management
* You must also have full, permanent and immediate rights to work in Ireland
