What your day looks like
Your workday centres around guest experience and service quality. You support guests throughout their stay, answer questions, handle feedback and help resolve issues in a friendly and professional way. You work closely with reception, entertainment and hotel management to ensure high service standards and a positive overall guest journey. Your role directly influences how guests remember their holiday.
Good to know
This is a full-time seasonal position with living and working on site at the resort. An EU passport is required.

Requirements
What you need for this role
For this role, previous experience in hospitality, guest relations or customer service is important. You should feel confident communicating with guests, handling feedback and responding calmly to different situations. Very good English skills are required for daily communication. German and/or French language skills are a strong advantage and will help you connect with a wider range of guests.
