Plant Maintenance Expert
Maximise plant efficiency and utilisation through effective planning of maintenance activities and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive the preventative maintenance strategy on site.
* Provide updates on schedule adherence to functional managers.
* Review major work requests and assign appropriate priority.
* Lead and co-ordinate major overhauls and shutdowns.
* Ensure activities are completed in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* At least Level 7 Engineering qualification or equivalent.
* 3 to 5 years' experience in maintenance / operation of process and utilities equipment.
* 3 to 5 years' experience in planning and scheduling of maintenance / engineering activities.
* Safety first mentality.
* Excellent organising and planning skills.
* Experience of aligning Manufacturing Schedules with Maintenance Schedules.
* Working knowledge of Maximo or other CMMS system such as SAP or PEMAC.
* Excellent Communication/Presentation skills.
