IT Operations Lead Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to take on the role of IT Operations Lead. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and has experience in managing complex IT systems.
Job Responsibilities:
1. To oversee the day-to-day operational management of all IT networks and systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
2. To support staff onboarding and offboarding processes, including end user device preparation and access provisioning.
3. To provide technical assistance to employees when needed and act as the initial point of escalation for technical issues impacting business operations.
4. To manage cloud technologies such as M365 and Azure in conjunction with our managed IT provider.
5. To oversee network configuration with external service providers, ensuring alignment with our organization's policies.
