An international Financial Advisory Services organisation with a strong global presence is seeking a Senior Associate to join its high-performing team in Dublin 2. This firm specialises in infrastructure finance, project advisory, and investment strategy for clients ranging from international developers and investors to multilateral institutions and governments. Role Overview As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact financial advisory services across complex transactions and infrastructure projects. Youll support senior leaders in executing mandates, managing stakeholder engagement, building financial models, and preparing investor documentation. Key Responsibilities Transaction Delivery & Project Management Deliver high-quality transaction support within project timelines under the guidance of senior team members. Conduct investment analysis, due diligence, and business valuations to evaluate potential opportunities. Develop and manage robust financial models, including sensitivity and scenario analysis. Engage in negotiations with financial institutions, contractors, and external stakeholders. Interpret and apply commercial and contractual frameworks, especially in project finance and PPP settings. Prepare investment memorandums, reports, and presentations for clients and investors. Client Engagement Interface directly with client teams to gather requirements and offer tailored advisory solutions. Respond to evolving client needs and support ongoing relationship development. Business Development Research market trends, competitors, sectors, and geographies to identify new opportunities. Support the development of client proposals and pitch materials.
