We are seeking an experienced Project Manager on behalf of our client for a major construction project. The successful candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery to schedule, quality, and safety standards.
Please note this position is based in Letterkenny, Donegal.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the construction project from mobilisation through to handover.
* Manage daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
* Control programme, sequencing, and resources to maintain progress.
* Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.
* Drive a strong health and safety culture, including compliance within a live hospital environment.
* Carry out regular quality inspections to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
* Manage construction documentation, including RFIs, method statements, and change control.
* Identify and manage construction risks and issues proactively.
* Liaise closely with the client, consultants, and project stakeholders.
* Chair site and progress meetings and produce clear reports.
* Monitor costs, variations, and forecasts to maintain commercial control.
