Cost Management Specialist
As a senior cost management specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing project developments and managing costs related to building and civil engineering projects. Your expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control will be crucial in ensuring the success of our projects.
About the Role
* Manage costs associated with construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment expenses.
* Prepare detailed cost estimates and manage budgets to ensure timely completion of projects.
* Develop and implement effective cost control measures to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Skill Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience working as a Cost Manager within the construction industry, with a preference for residential QS experience.
* A full clean Irish Driver's Licence - Class B.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
