The Role
We are seeking an experienced, qualified, and enthusiastic Vocal Instructor who genuinely loves singing and teaching. The successful candidate will help students improve their vocal technique, confidence, and musical freedom through a balanced focus on technical skill, mindset, and self-expression.
You will manage your own timetable, work directly with students (and parents where applicable), and be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that bring results. This is an opportunity to join a high-standard teaching environment where creativity, initiative, and professionalism are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, results-driven lessons for students of all ages and levels.
* Mentor and guide students, helping them grow both musically and personally.
* Focus on student needs, adapting teaching methods to encourage progress and confidence.
* Manage scheduling, student progress tracking, and parent communication.
* Maintain a positive, professional, and inspiring learning environment.
Requirements
* Recognised qualification in Vocal Pedagogy, Music or equivalent professional experience.
* Proven track record of student results in teaching.
* Strong knowledge of vocal technique and healthy singing practices.
* Student-focused approach — passionate about mentoring as well as teaching.
* Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
* Independent, self-motivated, with a can-do attitude and creative mindset.
