We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to residents, families, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
* Greeting Visitors: Welcome residents, families, and visitors upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate areas.
* Answering Calls: Manage incoming phone calls, provide information, and transfer calls to the relevant departments.
* Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and managing correspondence.
* Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate appointments for residents with healthcare providers and other services.
* Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records of visitors, appointments, and other relevant information.
The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, a pleasant phone manner, and proficiency in basic computer applications like Word, Excel, and Outlook. They should also be organized, reliable, and capable of multitasking in a busy environment.
