Our client, a high-growth consumer brand, is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the next phase of its ambitious growth journey.
Reporting directly to the Founder, this is a pivotal leadership role with full ownership of the end-to-end marketing function. You will operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, shaping and delivering a commercially focused marketing strategy to support continued growth across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team of circa 30 across brand, digital, eCommerce and content
Deliver a commercially driven, metrics‑led marketing strategy with clear ownership of performance, spend and ROI
Drive eCommerce and digital growth across DTC, paid media and social commerce channels
Lead brand, design and product marketing innovation, aligning creative with commercial outcomes
Partner with external agencies to deliver integrated, high‑impact campaigns
Support international expansion, ensuring campaigns resonate and scale across markets
Introduce structure, governance and best practice while maintaining speed and agility
Collaborate with senior leadership, product and commercial teams to shape overall business strategy
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring
Senior marketing leadership experience within a high‑growth environment
Background in consumer, DTC or eCommerce‑led businesses
Experience scaling brands internationally
Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance channels and customer acquisition
Exposure to both B2C and B2B2C models
Proven ability to lead and develop large, multidisciplinary teams
A strategic, hands‑on approach with strong stakeholder influence
