Commis Chef who will also be responsible for kitchen management duties required by R.J. Walsh Private Ltd T/A Roosters Fresh.Responsible for monitoring and ordering stock. Responsible for preparation in the Kitchen and ensuring that orders are made in a high quality and timely manner. Minimum of 2 years experience as a commis chef required.Will be required to assist the culinary team in producing high quality meals and services within required deadlines. Must have the ability to work well under pressure with a high level of attention to detail required.Proficiency in the English Language required. Knowledge of HACCP required.Employer is R.J.
