FUEL are seeking a Lead Event Producer for a fixed-term contract (circa 1-year). The Lead Event Producer will work closely with the Director of Employee Experience Solutions and the Employee Experience team. They will support and manage large scale client portfolios in the employee engagement and corporate sector and will be part of the whole event process from concept, planning, through to event execution and carrying out post-event evaluation. The role is very hands-on, client facing, high pace and involves working as part of a team.The role requires delivering virtual and hybrid events in addition to live events.About FUELFUEL is an Experience and Entertainment Group. We specialise in Brand and Employee Experience, Content, Production Services and Streaming, Technology, Festivals and Gifting.ResponsibilitiesFully understand client briefs and requirements and develop strong relationships within the client baseLiaise with clients to find out their exact event requirements, translate these to the wider Fuel team and departments and ensure project milestones are metIdeate for event concepts and programming elements and translate event visions/concepts to visuals and text presentations.Leads, supports and manages all aspects of production from concept to showrunning and wrap - depending on budget sizeBuilds relationships with Key clientsAccount manage certain clients, liaising with the client to plan their yearly calendar of eventsProduce a yearly overview calendar plan, creating a conceptual journey with clients and their team to create a holistic view on their engagement planResearch venues, suppliers and contractors, then negotiate prices and hire. Basic knowledge of Irish suppliersEnsure clients are kept updated regularly and clearly.Maintains project timeline trackers and other project management toolsProduces detailed proposals for events (including CPA's, resources, venues, suppliers, staffing and budgets)Keeps a number of projects running smoothly at any given timeOversee the wrap up and load out of venue efficientlyCan deal with issues on-site & find solutions where neededStrong input to creation of ideas - bringing ideas to the table when assigned a new projectSupport across new business remitsResearch opportunities for new clients and eventsTo deliver the best branded solutions to the client and marketQualifications5+ year's experience in event production; preferably in an agency settingExperience in managing corporate parties, in house corporate events, global & local conferences and virtual eventsDelivered various events with budgets of over 80k+ (must have been the project lead, supporting roles do not count)Excellent technical knowledge which covers the basics of virtual events - this includes working within a studio and with a tech team, virtual platforms, zoom and bringing a clients ask to life through a screenProduction Management experience - Crew, Production, Budget Ownership and Management, Strong creative eye and SensibilityHas pitched decks alongside a team .Proven experience in developing strong client relationships. Please show some examples of feedback.Superb relationship skills.Team player & ready to get stuck in where neededIdeally have a driver's license and preferably have own carAttributes & SkillsA passion for creative and innovative experiencesDemonstrates good event leadership skillsHighly motivated to learn and progress.
