Public Relations Assistant - Mandarin Speaking

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Public Relations Assistant to join our dynamic communications team. In this role, you will provide essential support for our PR efforts, helping to build and maintain a positive public image, secure media coverage, and execute strategic campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in planning and executing PR events in the local office and contribute to building a favorable business environment in the local market.
* Support the development and implementation of PR strategies under the guidance of the PR Director.
* Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
* Plan and implement PR events, manage issues, and coordinate CSR activities to enhance brand image.
* Establish communication channels with local government agencies to support policy shaping, market access, and removal of trade barriers.
* Engage with local media outlets, manage media lists, monitor coverage, track press clippings, and compile reports.
* Draft press materials including press releases, media alerts, fact sheets, and briefing documents.
* Contribute content for internal newsletters and company social media platforms.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Administration, Public Affairs Management, International Affairs Management, or related fields.
* Strong proficiency in Mandarin and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
* Excellent interpersonal skills and professional communication style.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced business environment with strong time‑management skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook).
