Their projects range from luxurious bespoke kitchens, wardrobes, and media cabinetry in prestigious residential homes to contract furniture and joinery installations for corporate offices, hotels, and commercial clients.
Their work combines traditional joinery craftsmanship with modern finishes and premium materials, including custom cabinetry, panelling, vanities, and bespoke contract-grade furniture across Ireland and beyond.
They have a reputation for delivering high-quality finishes on schedule and to specification, using top-grade materials such as premium veneers, engineered surfaces, and custom joinery solutions.
The Role We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Bespoke Joiner / Installer to join the installation team.
This is a hands-on role requiring precision, professionalism, and a strong commitment to premium standards for high-end joinery installations both in high-quality private residences and upscale commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities: Install bespoke cabinetry and joinery (luxury kitchens, wardrobes, media walls, panelling, bespoke furniture) in private homes and commercial settings.
Interpret and work from detailed technical drawings, shop layouts, and on-site plans.
Perform setting-out, scribing, adjustment and finishing work with exceptional attention to detail; ensure mitred joins, seamless finishes, and minimal snagging.
Travel nationwide as part of a small, professional fit-out team (company van provided), liaising with workshop and project management for each installation.
Maintain a respectful, clean, and client-friendly presence at all work sites whether domestic or commercial.
Ensure timely completion, high-quality finishes, and client satisfaction on every job.
Candidate Requirements Minimum 6 years experience in bespoke joinery / high-end furniture or cabinetry installation.
Proven skill in high-quality joinery fit-outs, working from technical drawings and shop plans.
Strong ability to deliver premium finish standards: accurate mitres, tight tolerances, concealed fixings, precise alignment.
Comfortable travelling nationwide as required and working on a variety of residential and commercial projects.
Excellent communication skills and a professional, courteous on-site manner.
Full, valid driving licence (essential) and unrestricted right to work in Ireland.
Good spoken English.
