Your day to day:
1. Manage a high volume of both new and existing accounts
2. Retain and grow revenue within your accounts
3. Collaborate with the sales team to maintain and grow client relationships
4. Upsell, cross-sell, and activate both new and existing accounts
5. Communicate new features and enhancements to the product team
6. Track, analyze, and report on key metrics and trends to internal teams and clients
7. Establish clear advertising goals with clients, including KPIs such as CPA, ROI, ROAS, and CPC
Your profile:
8. Experience in Advertising Technology or campaign management (experience with online ad platforms such as Google, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.)
9. Experience in a sales or account management role
10. Knowledge of the latest trends in online marketing
11. Experience interfacing with clients and providing strategic insights
12. Native-level fluency in Danish and English
13. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Office G Suite)
What's in it for you:
14. Base salary of €38,
15. Commission structure up to €15, annually
16. Hybrid working model (3 days office / 2 days home)
