We are currently hiring on behalf of our client in the financial services industry for an experienced Administrative professional to assist their senior leadership team This is the perfect opportunity for a Personal Assistant with experience providing administrative support looking to join a supportive team in South Dublin. The role will initially be fully onsite and will transition to a hybrid working model after successful completion of probation period Key responsibilities: Calendar and diary management with some light travel coordination Coordinating internal and external meetings, including planning key board meetings Preparing meeting packs, taking minutes and following up on action items Ordering office supplies as required and coordinating catering for meetings Budget and expense management First point of contact for onsite contractors, eg facilities and cleaning services Adhoc administrative support Key Requirements: Previous experience in a role providing administrative support to a team is essential Strong Microsoft Office skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Full working authorisation in Ireland Highly organised with excellent coordination and time management skills Available for an immediate start If you are interested in hearing more about this position, then don't hesitate to apply today with your CV.
