We're committed to becoming the most trusted and sustainable business in Ireland, and we're looking for dynamic, forward-thinking individuals to join us on this journey.As we continue our journey toward becoming Ireland's most trusted and sustainable business, we have an exciting opportunity for a successful candidate to join our team as a Senior Floor Supervisor.Please note this is a 24 month fixed term contract.What you'll be doing:Operations:Ensure full evening replenishment is fully executedEnsure all sections are merchandised to highest standardExecute promotions in line with promotional guidelines & on shelf availability targetWorking in partnership with Re-order team to ensure correct stock levels at all times and taking responsibility for specific orders where relevant.Investigate and strive to eliminate all service failures attributed to replenishment on a daily basisDriving sales & AP to support floor manager and branch sales/profit targetsDrive the consistent achievement of Wholesale excellence standards and KPIs to include but not limited to:Must stock/average stock availabilityOn Shelf availability / SEL AccuracyGeneral Housekeeping standards / Store/QA auditsService ExcellenceEnsure excellent Customer service is provided to all customersProactively recruit and retain customers and maximise all upselling opportunitiesQuality StandardAct on concerns raised by the Quality Assurance team. Ensure team adheres to health and safety rulesFollow process to measure and minimise shrinkage of stock and damages.Control returns and minimise wasteWork with the Floor Manager to identify and address the training and development needs of staffPeople ManagementEffective communication throughout team.
