Chef de Partie Job
We are currently recruiting for a Chef-de-Partie to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have experience in a full restaurant/kitchen environment, with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a chef de partie.
The successful candidate will be passionate about food, have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop new skills. They should also have a good level of experience in a busy environment and hold professional cookery training/qualifications.
Key responsibilities will include cooking Italian and Western Mediterranean style food, preparing our extensive Pizza menu and cooking food to order. The candidate will work closely with the Head and Sous chefs during kitchen service and help maintain high standards of kitchen health & hygiene.
