Life, Pensions & Wealth Administrator | Dublin | HybridOur client, a leading consultancy specialising in private wealth management and employee benefits, is experiencing significant growth and is now seeking a Life, Pensions & Wealth Administrator to join their high-performing Shared Services team.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a well-established, highly respected organisation where you will gain exposure to complex investment strategies, work alongside senior advisors, and further develop your technical expertise in a collaborative, client-focused environment.The OpportunityAs a key member of the team, you will provide administrative and technical support to Senior Wealth Advisors while managing both new business and existing client portfolios across life assurance, pensions, and investments.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support to Senior Consultants and Wealth AdvisorsManage the end-to-end processing of new business across pensions, investments, and life assuranceLiaise directly with life companies to ensure accurate and timely policy processingSupport client reviews and assist with product and tax-related queriesAct as a key point of contact for clients, delivering clear and professional communicationPrepare documentation for client meetings and support consultants pre- and post-meetingMaintain accurate, compliant client records including AML documentationCoordinate schedules and organise meetingsAssist with ongoing projects and business initiativesAbout YouQFA qualified (essential)3+ years' experience within a regulated financial services environmentPrevious broker experience is essentialStrong working knowledge of life, pension, and investment productsExperience dealing with major life companiesHighly organised with exceptional attention to detailStrong communicator with a client-first mindsetProven ability to manage workloads independently and meet deadlinesProficient across Microsoft OfficeWhy This Role?Join a market-leading consultancy with an excellent reputationWork with sophisticated clients and complex casesStrong team culture with supportive leadershipClear opportunities for career progressionOngoing professional development and further qualification supportFor a confidential discussion, contact Honor Moloney.
