About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our client's team in Limerick, Ireland.
The successful candidate will have a trade background or construction-related qualification and experience in managing fit-out projects.
* Maintain a constant drive to achieve production outputs in order to meet targets while maintaining quality standards.
* Manage the workflow of sub-contractors ensuring they're in line with the programme of works on site.
* Implement Health & Safety procedures and contribute to the delivery of the project on time and within budget.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will require:
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role with main contractors.
* A trade background or construction-related qualification.
* Experience on various types of fit-out projects.
