Great Progression Opportunities Fantastic Exposure to a busy Accounts Environment Study Support Available for the right candidate Competitive Salary Company Pension Flexible Hours A great opportunity has developed for an experienced Assistant Accountant / Accounts Technician to join a leading business between Armagh and Monaghan, this role can offer super progression and great exposure working alongside the Financial Controller " About the Job Reporting directly to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties Maintain and reconcile purchase and sales ledgers Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow reporting Credit control and debt management Statement reconciliations & processing payments to suppliers within payment terms Complete VAT returns Complete Intrastat Complete weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll Management reporting for board members Presenting financial data at quarterly board meetings Liaise with accountants for preparation of year end accounts Complete other office tasks and administrative duties as requested Being a first point of contact for customer & supplier queries Your skills & experience 2 Years experience working in an office environment completing similar duties as above Studying towards or previously gained IATI or Part Qualified Must be able to work collaboratively with others and work effectively across functions.
